Onionfest 2012 is here! This annual two-day tournament held in Walla Walla, Washington is a co-ed blast of sun, scenery, and good lookin' ultimate. As usual, you can expect exquisite tournament cuisine, rockin' tunes, and quality disc games. This includes authentic Walla Walla taco truck for dinner as well as a half time exhibition game that will knock your socks off.
Bid fee :: Onionfest 2012's bed fee will be $375. Please make checks out to "Whitman College" and place "Onionfest, [team name]" in the memo. Mail to: Kelley Hall, Whitman College, 280 Boyer Ave, Walla Walla, WA 99362 ~ Bids due by Saturday, March 17th ~
To secure a spot :: Please email Natalie at onionfest.whitman@gmail.com to secure a spot at this year's tourney! We hope to host about 25 teams. Please include - Team Name, Affiliation (i.e college, club name, city), Contact, Contact Email, and A or B bracket preference)
Alcohol policy :: Onionfest fields must be completely dry as always. Whitman College Administration is requiring that these measures be enforced. Our future as a club sport is at risk if this policy is violated. As a result, any alcohol on the fields will be confiscated and the violating teams may be asked to leave the tournament.
Lodging :: The closest cheap hotels are Travelodge, Super 8, and La Quinta Inn. We are currently working with these hotels in order to get tournament deals. We'll keep you informed on any information on group rates.

Sounds sweet! (pun intended hehe) What is the farthest team (geographically) to attend this seemingly extravagant event in years past? And more importantly, will there/can there be festive music bumping during the tourney? And if so, if my memory serves me, will an individual named Aidan Bronstein be around to grace all of us with his presence (not to mention his dance moves)?? I can't wait fo' dis s@#t!! -Carlito out (10-4)
A response soon would be much obliged! (a decision to return is dependent on the above questions, oddly)
There will definitely be festive music bumping as always. I am not sure as to the farthest team to come to Onionfest, but there are usually teams from Montana. And yes, I, Adam Bronstein, will definitely be dancing around this tournament all weekend. Sorry about the late response. Hopefully you can still make it out here! -LeBronstein out
